Each support block is a half hour of time. That means the minimum amount of work we’ll do is a half hour, but we also do things like take a backup, do testing, and write our reports. We can also do several requests in a half hour.

Here’s a pro tip: Clients can save time by providing a task list for us to work through.

Support Blocks never expire, and buying more gives you better discounts. Keeping things easy, blocks are linked to your website’s domain. You can log in anytime to check your balance.

Asking questions or requesting a quote doesn’t use up blocks. If we ever need to charge blocks, we’ll confirm that with you via email.
